September Blog

Here we are in September the start of the ‘Ber’ months. I can’t believe how quick this year is going in. It’s the start of a new season too as we head into autumn and although we are still in summer I’ve been looking at trees recently and their colours are looking very autumn.

This is going to be a short blog because after my last Birding outing which was at the end of July when there was no birds at all I took the month of August off to enjoy The Edinburgh Festival Fringe it was great but I still watched the birds in the garden. They were mainly Blue Tits, Great Tits, House Sparrows & the juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker so here are a few pictures I took during August.

I am really looking forward getting back into Birding starting today at my local patch which I will tell you in the next blog what I saw and other places I went to. I promise next blog will be a longer blog until then enjoy your September Birding.
